No Bake Chocolate Coconut Date Balls
When you need chocolate in your life you make these no bake HEALTHY Chocolate Coconut Date Balls!
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts or nuts of choice
- 2 cups pitted dates
- 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup raw shredded coconut flakes
Soak dates in water for 15 if they are on the hard side
Blend nuts and cocoa powder until broken down
Form the dough into balls and roll in shredded coconut
