There’s nothing I love more than a good detox. I’m not one to totally restrict myself, but once in a while I’ll take some time to take a break from alcohol, up my water intake, eat a bit cleaner and start my day with this detox tea. And after just a week or two, I can definitely tell the difference in my energy levels. It’s been a long winter and with summer just around the corner I can’t think of a better time to start incorporating this morning detox tea into my routine.
Morning Detox Tea
- I Cup of Hot Water
- Organic Green Tea
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Organic Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon
Drink one cup first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Whenever I feel like I’ve gotten off track, I always come back to this detox tea. Not only does it set a good foundation for my day, it also gives me the energy I need to stay strong mentally.
