It’s one of those dishes that you can have as a side or use as a foundation for your main meal. One of my go-to ways to pair this quinoa recipe is with grilled chicken and massive amounts of veggies. Easy Cilantro Lime Quinoa
Soak up the flavors of summer with this EASY and NUTRITIOUS cilantro lime quinoa recipe!
- 1 Cup Rainbow Quinoa Rinsed
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro Finely Chopped
- Juice of 1 Lime
Add quinoa and water into a pot with a dash of sea salt.
Bring to a boil and then cover on low for about 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
While the water is being absorbed, finely chop your cilantro and cut your limes.
Once the quinoa is prepared, stir in your cilantro and lime.
Optional - Add in toppings such as vegetables or chicken for extra protein!
