Trail mix is the perfect snack for a healthy girl on-the-go and it is one thing you will always find in my purse. I’m not one to skip meals or ignore my body when hunger strikes, especially when my days get hectic, so naturally, I never go more than a few hours without eating something. Lately, I’ve been making and portioning out my own trail mix. You might not know this but most store bought mixtures are filled with large amounts of sugar and sodium which is why I always opt for making my own. Here’s what’s in my trail mix.
